How does Wisp use my location?
Wisp uses your location solely to fetch accurate weather data for your area. Your location is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. You can manage location permissions at any time in your device's Settings app under Privacy & Security > Location Services.
How do I manage notifications?
You can customize your daily digest and weather alert notifications in the app's Settings tab. To disable notifications entirely, go to your device's Settings > Notifications > Wisp.
How do subscriptions work?
Wisp offers a free tier and a premium subscription managed through the Apple App Store. To manage or cancel your subscription, open your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Wisp. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process.
How accurate is the weather data?
Wisp uses professional weather data services to provide the most accurate forecasts possible. However, weather is inherently unpredictable — always use your own judgment when planning outdoor activities, especially in rapidly changing conditions.
How do I add or customize activities?
Tap the + button on the main screen to browse activity templates or create a custom activity. You can set your preferred weather conditions for each activity including temperature ranges, wind speeds, precipitation thresholds, and more.
How do I delete my data?
You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us at the email address below. We will process your request within 30 days.
